Configure your notification channels and frequency

Set up email, Telegram or Slack alerts for product launches, votes and account activity. Some notices are mandatory.

Updated

Manage your alert preferences

Visit /account/notifications to choose how you receive updates. For each notice type, select your preferred channel: Email, Telegram or Slack. Use your own Telegram bot or Slack webhook to connect.

You control the cadence. Pick Instant for real-time alerts, Daily digest to batch notifications into one message, Weekly digest for a full summary, or Off to stop that notice type entirely.

Quiet hours are available for Telegram and Slack channels only, letting you mute chat notifications during set times.

Notices you must receive

Certain alerts cannot be disabled. These are:

  • Order receipts and refunds
  • Payment failures and disputes
  • Your listing status changes
  • Holds placed on a listing linked to your founder profile
  • Missing verification badges
  • Security events: new device sign-ins and email address changes

Unsubscribe from single notice types

Every notification email includes a one-click unsubscribe link for that specific notice category. This lets you disable one alert type without affecting others.

Questions people ask

Can I get alerts on Slack or Telegram instead of email?
Yes. At /account/notifications, choose Telegram or Slack for any notice type. You provide your own bot or webhook URL. Chat channels support quiet hours; email does not.
What notices am I required to receive?
You cannot turn off receipts, refunds, payment alerts, disputes, listing status changes, holds on listings, missing badges, or security notices like new sign-ins and email changes.
How do I stop emails for one notice type?
Each notification email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to disable that notice type alone.
