Paid launches
A paid launch is published at once, or in the week chosen at payment, whether or not the founder profile is complete. The rule extends to relaunches, the multi-site bundle, the done-for-you listing and any free listing upgraded to a paid launch. The profile appears on the listing, so completing it is invited.
Free listings
A free listing is published only when our badge is verified on the maker's website and the owner's founder profile is complete. Until both conditions hold, the listing waits. It is not lost. Release is automatic once the missing part is done. If the queue week has passed, publication moves to the next free-queue week, and the owner is told.
Fields required
The profile is filled in at /account/founder: a photo with a one-line description; full name; title or role; country; a short bio of at least 80 characters; at least one personal link, being the founder's own website or personal social profile. Company pages are not accepted. City and a founder story link are optional.
Co-founders
Co-founders are invited from the Team section of /account/founder. Each appears on the product once their own profile is complete.
