Where do I enter a promo code or claim a gift?
How to apply discount codes in the cart, and how free and reduced-price gifts from our team reach you.

Entering a code in the cart
Go to /cart and find the field marked 'Have a code?'. Type or paste your code there and press 'Apply code'. The cart shows the discount straight away, and you see it again at checkout. You can remove the code before you pay if you change your mind.
What a code reduces
Every code takes money off the price before VAT is added. VAT is then worked out on the lower amount, where it applies. Codes vary: some cut a percentage, others a fixed sum. Some are limited to certain products only, or may expire, or run out after a set number of uses. The cart tells you if your code will not work with what you have chosen.
Billboard contributions cannot be discounted, as the billboard ranks by money pledged. An item already under a gift or offer from us gets no further reduction from a code.
Getting gifts and offers
When our team sends you something free or at a lower price, you get an email with a link to it. Sign in with that email address and you see everything at /account/gifts.
A free gift goes straight on to the listing you pick using 'Use it on', and works as if you bought it outright. A reduced-price offer runs through your normal cart and checkout at the price set, plus VAT where due. Some gifts have an expiry date shown next to them. If you have no listing yet, go to /submit to add your product, then return to claim your gift.
Questions people ask
- Can I combine a code with a gift from your team?
- No. Once an item carries a gift or offer, it cannot get a code discount on top.
- What if my code does not work?
- The cart tells you why. It may be limited to other products, expired, or used up. Check the exact spelling and ask support if you think there is an error.
- Is VAT included in the price shown for a discounted offer?
- No. VAT is added after the discount, worked out on the reduced price where due.
