Our refund rules
Payments are final. The reason for a take-down decides the refund: our decision or mistake, refunded; rule breach, not refunded.
Updated
In short
Once you have paid, the sale is final. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When we take a listing down
Every take-down of a paid listing has a reason chosen by our staff, and that reason decides the refund. Taken down by our decision or by mistake? Then all payments for the listing are refunded in full to the original payment method, and you receive a credit note. When a listing broke the terms or the acceptable use policy, nothing is refunded: not the listing, not a multi-site purchase's listing, not the add-ons. We remove the paid items from the site and tell you why.
Multi-site and crypto
Where one listing of a multi-site purchase is taken down by our own decision, the refund is that site's share, and the rest stay live. A crypto refund is sent by hand to the wallet address you give us.
If you dispute a payment
If a payment is disputed or reversed, everything bought with that order is taken down while the dispute is open, and can be restored if it is resolved in our favour.
Refund side effects
Had an order refunded in full? Then a code limited to first orders can still be used. Only the refunded Featured order's days come off; any other Featured order for the listing is untouched. A refunded sponsorship's dates go back on sale.
