Which video links can I use?

Overview

Paid launches have the full profile, so their videos play directly on the listing. If the listing is free, its video section stays locked. You choose one main video; it goes at the top of the screenshots. Up to 24 more videos can follow the main one.

Allowed sources

You can paste links from YouTube (including youtu.be, Shorts, embed and live links), Vimeo (including private links), Loom, Wistia, Vidyard, Dailymotion and TikTok, or an .mp4/.webm file on the company's own site. The form refuses X/Twitter posts, playlists and channel links, with the reason.

Add, label, reorder

Open Account > Your listings, then Profile sections > Videos. Paste a link and its title appears; choose the kind, and add your own title and a one-line description if you want. To tidy up: Move up, Move down, Remove, and 'Edit kind, title and description'. You mark each one: Customer review, Demo, Promo, Tutorial or Other.

The listing

On the listing they are grouped: customer reviews, promo videos, tutorials, demos, then other. Nothing loads from the video site until a visitor presses play, which keeps the listing fast and private (youtube-nocookie, Vimeo do-not-track). Visitors see the title, description, length and upload date where the host gives them, plus a 'Watch on <site>' link.

Across sites

Videos are attached to the company: every site where it is listed plays them. Each video also gets structured data, a place in the video sitemap and a mention in llms.txt, so search engines and AI assistants can find it.

Maintenance

Every week we check each video. If it was removed, made private or had embedding switched off, it is hidden and the owner gets one email; when it is available again it returns on its own.
