How do I sponsor a slot on New Product Launches?

Book a homepage, category or newsletter sponsorship slot, see your dates and track performance in your account.

Updated

Three sponsorship slots

You can sponsor one of three places on the site:

  • Homepage sponsorship ($49): the single Sponsored slot appears on the homepage for 7 days.
  • Category sponsorship ($19): your company sits at the top of your listing's category page for 7 days.
  • Newsletter sponsorship ($29): the Sponsored place in one issue of the weekly newsletter.

Each slot is labelled Sponsored and marked as sponsored. Sponsorship does not affect votes or rankings.

Booking and dates

One sponsor occupies each slot at a time. If a slot is free, your run starts immediately. If it is booked, your dates are queued after the current booking ends. The exact dates you would receive appear on /sponsor and again before payment.

To book, you need a listing that is live or scheduled for a launch week. Go to /sponsor and select your listing, then book the slot—it works like any other cart purchase. You can also book from Upgrades and extras on /account/listings, or at the plan step when you submit a new listing.

Track results

Visit /account/sponsorships to see each of your sponsorships as live, scheduled or ended. The page shows your dates, the number of impressions and the number of clicks.
