What games has Supergiant Games created?
Supergiant Games has created five main titles: Bastion (their first game), Transistor, Pyre, Hades, and Hades II. Bastion is an original action RPG where you create and fight for civilization's last refuge. Transistor is a sci-fi themed action RPG set in a futuristic city. Pyre is a party-based RPG involving exiles and ancient competition. Hades is a rogue-like dungeon crawler set in Greek mythology. Hades II is the sequel to Hades where players battle beyond the Underworld using dark sorcery.
Who founded Supergiant Games?
Supergiant Games was founded in 2009 by Amir Rao and Gavin Simon. Both founders left Electronic Arts where they had worked on the Command & Conquer franchise and other titles. Amir was responsible for design on Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars and Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3, while Gavin worked as an engineer and designer on various EA titles.
When did Hades II launch?
Hades II launched approximately one year before October 2026, making it a recent release. The game is now available on Xbox and PlayStation with bonus content in all versions.
How many original team members are still at Supergiant Games?
