How do developers and AI assistants connect?
Access product launches and manage listings via REST API or MCP—OAuth or API key required.
Updated
Connect your application or assistant
New Product Launches offers two integration methods. The REST API at /api/v1 follows OpenAPI 3.1 standards; the full specification is published at /api/v1/openapi.json. Alternatively, AI assistants including Claude and ChatGPT can connect as MCP clients to the remote server at /mcp.
Both routes let you search launches and read public listings. If you authorise access to your own account, the API or MCP connection can also draft and manage your listings.
Getting started
Authenticate via OAuth—your assistant will open a sign-in page on this site—or use a personal API key from /account/developers. Keys are displayed once only; we store only a hash, not the key itself.
Full technical documentation is available at /developers.
What you need to know
Rate limits and daily quotas are enforced on all API and MCP requests. Any transaction costs are charged through this site; the API returns a checkout link when payment is due. Voting on listings is not available through either integration method.
